Horrible, not welcome in the lobby, had to go to some weird bell for night access even I arrived in the day. it had been rated as “good”, room completely beat up, no tv, I think it was a monitor that didn’t turn on. Bed was horrible, could feel the springs. The funniest, no toilet paper holder. Total trash motel.

This was not what I expected. Yes, the hotel was inexpensive, but it still wasn’t what was advertised. Customers are not allowed in the lobby…ever. No matter the time of day, guests are expected to use the night window. The room does NOT have a hairdryer or an iron. Both are listed as amenities. In the three days I stayed at the hotel, we did not receive housekeeping at all. That means no fresh towels. When I called the front desk to ask for clean towels, I was told they couldn’t do that until housekeeping arrived at 8:00 am. At 8:00 am, I went to ask for towels. The man shoved them through the night window. The walls are cracked. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There were cockroaches. There were two very flat pillows for a king size bed. Overall, I don’t mind a hotel that clearly hasn’t been maintained. But it needs to have some solid customer service. This hotel failed in all areas.

Constantly had people knocking on my door looking for the drug dealer next door. At any given time there was at least a dozen roaches crawling around.

The rooms were dirty /cockroaches everywhere an the staff was very mean to people an rude people doing drugs right outside your room ..never would I never stay there again.

Was booked at the Hilton 8 miles away. Orbitz canceled my reservation there 30 min before check-in and rebooked me in this flea bag. I will never use Orbitz or Expedia again.
