It was very hot in Conroe which may account for the problems. However, the halls were very warm and stuffy. We turned the AC in our room to 60 degrees and it was only cool, should have been chilly at that temp. The breakfast is only adequate. Next trip to Conroe we will try staying somewhere else.
I was surprised to find NO hand soap in the bathroom of our room. There were also no lotion and no shower cap. When we asked the lady at the desk about the hand soap, she said they were out and gave us a small bottle of shampoo to use instead. No excuse for not hand soap. Someone could have easily run to the nearby Walmart and bought some of their small bars. Ridiculous!!
Very nice hotel. But had problems with the plumbing. Sink in bathroom was slow draining and commode did work properly. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Poor water pressure in the shower. Sink was clogged up. Employees not wearing masks with covid-19 going on when they have it posted that it is mandatory. When asked employees about it they said they didn't care.

The experience at this hotel was amazing. Friendly Staff, great amenities, and conveniently located near the highway are why this was the perfect choice for Memorial Day week Wedding.
Stayed at this facility while attending a family funeral, room was adequate and clean but key card would not work for two consecutive days and remained a problem despite repeated requests to staff, ultimately solved when a maintenance man replaced a simple battery in the lock but we had hassles for two days, We prepaid this room and had no balance at checkout. We now find the hotel double billed and put the charge again on our credit card. My request to speak to a manager at checkout about room issues went unanswered despite assurance from staff I would receive a phone call the next day. Overall, too many problem issues to consider ever using this hotel again. They will not see us there again with numerous other options in area.
Hotel was beautiful and the hospitality was excellent. Minor detail beds were too soft could have been a little firmer

Thank you for your comments, sorry we didnt have hand soap available in the room, we normally receive th baranded ones, we cant buy from any store, caps and lotion are under request in the front desk.Thank you for your stay, we have followed up on this case.

So sorry for the inconvenience, and yes we are very concerned with the safety of our guest. All employees are required to wear mask at all times.
