The team was friendly and the front desk evening agent was outstanding.
There were 3 rooms in my party, and all of us had the same issues with our rooms. The rooms were being remodeled, and all torn up. I had a fire sprinkler that had cellophane covering it. There were gaps between the carpet and tile. Crown molding was pulled off in parts of the rooms, but not the rest. The paint was mismatched as they painted some parts, but not others. They should have shut down a couple of rooms at a time and fixed those up, then opened those back up to the public. They should not have been renting out any of our 3 rooms. I am guessing the whole hotel was that way.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable. Air conditioner was on and the room was nice and cool after a long day of driving. Requires a short drive from the freeway but the quiet location makes up for this minor inconvenience.
WE tried to get something in Hill Country but everything was totally booked. Sealy was the first thing we could get!
Great experience. Bed was wonderful and staff was very nice.
We were passing through and stayed only 2 nights. The place was clean and stylish. We wished for a hot tub instead of a pool. The free breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel.
The room did not get cold, but was a very nice room.
The hotel was pretty good. A storm came up and knocked out the elevators. The room did not get very cool.

The room stunk with the smell of mold. As this was a handicap room the area under the sink was designed for wheel chair access. Sure enough black mold was evident under the sink area. I mentioned this fact to manager [...] at the morning breakfast. I received the usual thank you. I don't think anything will be done.I will be returning to the comfort suites. This was the worst Holiday Inn Experience in 45 years.
Weekend was spent working on a developing a Christian book layout. The room was not as advertised on website - suite did not have the space and were not divided as stated. The extra space and couch would have been very useful to layout the project better.
