Jackie the Manager was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean. I didn't hear any noise from the hallways while sleeping, so that was very nice.

Bad Hotel for a family weekend and not a good place to have when going out of town

The hotel is really bad. It is dirty. Bad smell. The breakfast is a joke. No selection at all. Plus if you want to take cereal you have ask for milk at the front desk. She would bring you a styrofoam cup of milk. It is radicules. The staff is lazy. Also their key machine does not work, so they open a door for you and then you should not locked it. We had to do laundry, so we had to keep the door open otherwise we would be locked out. It is a shame that in our nice country we have this kind of service in hotels. Terrible.

Room had stains on the chairs, and debris that had fallen from the fire suppression system. Was not inspected prior to check in.

I wasn't expecting luxury or frills, but a hotel should at least look cared for, and this place doesn't. Lobby furniture in worse shape than what you would find in a second-hand store. Chunks of damaged drywall and mismatched paint in the common areas. Stains on the thread-bare ottoman and chair in my room. Staff that were not rude but certainly not welcoming or inviting. On the flipside, the room was comfortable and linens clean. I slept fine and the parking was super convenient. In summary, nothing troublesome or problematic, but nothing worth praising either. I was staying with a college buddy for a weekend hunting trip, so no big deal...but I would have been very embarrassed to stay here with my wife.

Hotel location is great. Excellent dining choices within walking distance. Right off I-10 and Highway 71 which was perfect for us. Breakfast had good choices. Wished we had time to stay another night. Told my other travelers about the hotel and they booked as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The halls and elevator were a little worn looking. But , and I repeat, the room was clean and very comfortable. And the rate was great. It also included a filling breakfast with many choices.

About 40 min from Warrenton for antique shows. Room has couch and additional space. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was average. Would stay here again when in the area for their antique shows!

I have stayed here before but the carpets were not clean.

This was the fastest checkin Hotel i have ever been to with the so helpful clerk. She was quick to get us our rm keys, and wanting to help us anyway she could. The rm was so clean and the beds was very comfortable! Our coffee pot didnt work and we had a new one within 5 minutes. The breakfast was hot with eggs and bacon and very kind staff waiting to helps us with anything we needed. Excellent Hotel very refreshing to be treated like a Queen & King. My husband and me enjoyed this Hotel very much, and we will be back.

The hotel was unusually designed, with the fitness center and lounging area on the third floor balcony. It was interesting. The location was very close to good restaurants and we could easily walk to them, if we wanted to. A few things: - the pool was cloudy, - there was a sign that expressly said no drinking by the pool, but there were about 7 people who brought coolers poolside and were consuming heavily, which was not the atmosphere I wanted for my grandchildren to be around - sleeping room carpet needed shampooed as it was sticky in spot. I was afraid its proximit to I-10 would be a problem, but it wasn't. The signage needs to be improved so people can find it right away. I passed it and had to turn around.

This is a relatively new property. Room was very nicely appointed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of breakfast foods. The location is just a few yards from the main intersection in town, and convenient to a fine steakhouse across the street.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. We went down to Round Top for the Antiques Weekend and the location worked out to be really nice...great ride between the hotel & the venue. Comfortable beds, clean rooms...couldn't ask for more. My only problem was the room got too cold and it was a little hard to regulate the temperature. Otherwise just great!

Our key machine suddenly broke and we could not do anything to it. But we tried to accommodate the guest by using master key. Housekeeping will be more careful.We ordered new machine and by now we got it.Everything is set now.
