Save yourself from trouble. This place was terrible! Horrible service, NOT safe and very unprofessional. The rooms were not locking properly, had to carry belongings with me at all times everywhere my family and went. They changed the room on the last day and the beds were not Queen size. They were full size. Bedsheets were ripped. Breakfast that was complimentary was a disaster. The milk was snatched from my hands and my daughter. I would never recommend anyone staying at this location. Have been to motels and hostels and have been more satisfied as a customer traveling with family.
Filthy unclean conditions. A sweaty dirty undershirt wrapped around the smoke alarm. Dried vomit on the side of the bedspread. Was offered different room, that room had a plastic bag tied around the smoke alarm and what appeared to be smears of feces in the bathroom. A third room was shown to me, and seemed adequate at first glance but after getting my young son and I resettled, discovered some bug parts on the floor, old bits of food on and under the desk and a piece of rodent feces on the rug just outside the bathroom. In addition, the bedsheets were stained with God knows what, so I slept on top of the covers fully clothed. I complained and demanded a refund for the second night, as I was not going to stay the entire weekend there. The manager was not in the least sorry for my experience, told me I could just leave immediately and he would only charge me one night out of the two (I had pre paid for two). I was not about to go driving around a strange town late at night with my son looking for an alternative place to stay. I agreed to finish the night there, pay for the night I used, and wanted to be refunded for the second night as we would be checking out immediately in the morning. This request was refused. I have an official complaint in to Wyndham Resorts to inform them of this. OUTRAGEOUS that I paid two nights, stayed one night (and wish I hadn't), had our entire holiday weekend plans RUINED bc there was no way to get another place with short notice. DISGUSTING!!!
There was no elevator and we were on the second floor. Normally that's not a big deal, but we were there for two days and had to haul two heavy totes up the steps without a luggage cart to help. Also, there were people standing outside smoking cigarettes, so we had to walk around them a couple of times. Also, breakfast wasn't much. Location was actually pretty good, and the price wasn't bad. Access to their parking lot was lousy. Coming from Buffalo, I-190, you headed east, and had to go past it, and make a turn at the light, and go through the gas station lot to get back to the hotel parking lot, because there was a raised median between the lanes.
Professional, quick check-in, staff tries to accomodate you as much as possible.

I'm not sure if it's because of covid.. but the continental breakfast was the WORST I've ever seen (not to mention they didn't have it set up over an hour after it was supposed to be open.) They literally only had oatmeal, fruit cups and a cookie/muffin thing. You probably just get what you pay for. But don't go here for the breakfast.

Behind the hotel is an school bus facility which is quiet at night. We were able to open the window and had a lovely breeze. The hotel is adjacent to an active train track. If you don't fall back asleep easily that might bother you. It's location is very convenient if you're going either into Canada or to Niagara Falls.
the room was good clean but i didnt like that the parking wasnt good i had a good spot when i arrived but when i left and came back i had to park way at the end and i almost didnt have a spot
I would have liked WiFi. To me, there were phone issues. Sometimes when a relative was trying to call our room (from a phone call), the call would not go through. There would be a buzzing noise and then no connection or one would be sent to a fax connection. Very confusing to our callers.

This was a very noisy hotel constant doors banging in the hallways drunk people in the hallways at night we didn’t get any sleep the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms we did not get a restful night in this hotel it was terrible
The hotel appears to be all remodeled. The GE AC fan is a little loud but not too bad. Everything worked just fine no real complaints expect no left turns onto the highway. Didn't try the free breakfast but it appeared adequate. Good location and two excellent diners less than a mile away. Good road system and highways nearby.

I'm truly sorry if our breakfast options did not meet your expectations. Sadly since the beginning of the pandemic we had to modify our breakfast to comply to standards. I completely understand where you are coming from, we hope this pandemic will be over soon so we can resume our regular breakfast. I thank you for your feedback!
