I left behind a sweater top and called later that same day because we would be on a couple days before flying out. Put on long hold and got 2 different people who said they had to talk to housekeeping and call me. No call. 3 day's later returned and told again they had to check housekeeping. Left early the next morning without it. In both rooms, toilet seats slammed back against tanks when you stood up or sat down. Loud. In first room light switch broken on lamp.
Although the hotel was adequate for sleep, it didn't have many of the niceties that most hotels do. No smart TV (which really sucked) bathroom was small, but the pressure in the shower was nice, no usb charging stations, just old school outlets. Thankfully, I brought my computer and could charge with that. I will say, the attached restaurant was good. Nice sports bar with a band and the food was good. Overall, the stay was adquate, but nothing to rave about.

Older beat up property. Pretty worn. Funky carpets and cheap beat up furniture. Even our 11 year old said “this place sure kinda cruddy”

I asked for a late check out, as our flight wasn’t leaving until 530pm. I was told twice 1130am was the lastest they could accommodate for. Upon checking out at 1130, the guest in front of me was allowed a late check out of 2pm that same day???

On behalf of our team, we apologize for the inconvenience. This is something very uncommon usually anything left at the hotel the housekeeping will put it, in the lost in found. We care about our guest and their satisfaction. For your next stay we will do our best to make it better. Hope you consider giving us a second chance.
