As always another great stay at the Hyatt. The room was clean and modern, the front desk staff were polite and friendly and the grounds were nicely kept. The only negative i have is that for an indoor pool it was as cold as the snowy outdoors. The hot tub was amazing but definitely turn the pool heater on

I have previously stayed here several times when I am visiting family in Buffalo and have been very pleased. This stay, the disappointed began upon check in, when I was informed that only Hyatt members received daily complementary water when I asked for water. I advised the very curt front desk associate that I am a Hyatt member if she would look me up. No effort was made. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment no matter what time of the morning we attempted to eat. I understand that breakfast can be a crazy time of day and the hotel was busy, but they were out of everything. When I did manage to find someone to ask for coffee, the employee was too busy yelling at a guest to put the lid on the eggs. Very disorganized and dirty. We ate elsewhere. On day 3 I was straightening up the bedding when I flipped the comforter over and it was covered in mold. I spoke to the front desk in person, and they didn't seem surprised at all. They advised that they would replace it, in which I did. Upon my return to Phoenix, I contacted Hyatt and shared the picture of the comforter an was advised that they would contact the hotel directly. Upon several conversations with online customer service, in which hotel management advised the representative that I had been contacted (not true) I received an email from the Assistant Manager, Nico, stating, he "didn't notice anything usual with the picture provided". Mold, black model. Hyatt has lost my business forever.

The room was very comfortable and the cleaning crew exceptional at their job. I caught up on lots of sleep the the 4 nights I stayed, the bed was very comfortable. I was excited they had a pool but was surprised how dirty it looked ( particles floating around as I swam ). Overall I enjoyed my stay and definitely plan to return next year
