Staff and hotel was nice. View not the best because of woods and construction. I’d stay again though.
One the whole it was a nice stay. But our room was definitely in need of some repair. The toilet seat was dangerously loose, you had to sit carefully or risk sliding off. The bathroom door did not close without making a loud noise. I think they do not use this room much and we were assigned to it because we reserved through a third party, Orbitz. But overall the place was clean and the staff helpful. Maybe free coffee would help!
Not the best… Sofa bed mattress was horrible! Literally felt the springs poking out of the mattress .

Our family was visiting for the weekend and we found the hotel had good breakfast choices and good service considering the COVID restrictions that were still in place.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Because the floor was linoleum, it was a little slippery and sticky. However, the hotel itself was very nice and in a great location. Would definitely consider staying here again!
It’s closely located to University at Buffalo. Service is great. Room was recently renovated however the walls and door are pretty thin so you hear quite a lot of noise from the hall and adjacent rooms.
