Adequate for a one night stay. Price is great when you need a cheap place to stay.
Hotel front desk barely spoke English. Was very old, run down, rusty, and lights falling off the wall, literally in the middle of the night!
Just a place to spend a night… kinda noisy and a bit old. Room smelled like smoke. AC was almost going out.
The staff was helpful & kind . The pool is old but nice. The property could be easily transformed with a deep clean, minor repairs & some new paint. Beds, sheets & towels clean. AC keeps nearby highway noise out. Lots of potential.
Please STOP rejecting my review. I'm complying with the criteria or call me to discuss. We decided to cancel our reservation because the GM was upset because Expedia/Orbitz allowed us to select to pay at the hotel upon arrival, but the GM wanted payment in advance. He didn’t let me talk and would not have it any other way. He claimed that Expedia was not being truthful in their advertising. We’re glad we canceled and just went to another hotel for our 5 day stay.
Older but large, clean and functional.
Great
I stayed twice - 1st time- coffee machine not working, show was malfunctioning, phone was not working ( had to walk to the front desk for question at night). 2nd night- no light bulb in the room and no light at all in the shower and restroom- had to use it with cell phone for lighting and as we checked in at night- nobody could fix it. Location is convenient and even though property is on free way- it is quiet enough.
The property is below standard. They really need to put some money into the place. Now the pros, the property is very cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Close to Fwys and the capital. If you need a place to sleep after being out all day siteseeing, this is a good spot.
One time I’m done
Bed was crap - had a huge sag in the middle. Toilet ran all day everyday. Couldn't open the shades to the only window because it opened up to the after-hours check in window and there was no privacy.
Could not say for sure, stayed a total of 10 min and then returned the key.
Customer Service Sucks. One of the young men that work the desk had attitude when i checked in and remained in that attitude all weekend. When I first checked in, I said I dont know Model of my car... and he mansplains what Make and Model.. like actually explaining what a make and model are, I stopped him and said.. No.. I know what what Make and Model are.. I just dont know mine. I brushed it off but was very upset. Upon check out, he was already knocking on doors at 11. I get checkout is at 11, but why are you knocking at 11:05? Isnt he supposed to be at the desk checking people out? I went up to him and I asked if he was not attending people at the desk, and he goes, I'll be there in a couple of mins. I needed to leave and he was too busy checking rooms and I straight out confronted him. He asked what I wanted with attitude.. i said i wanted to check out. He gave me attitude then, and when I called him out and wanted his name to complain, he called me a Karen and walked off. I needed a receipt. When i went to go ask the cleaning ladies his name, it was like everyone was protecting each other, they looked at him and he was looking down from the 2nd floor. Ive called Wyndham and have been told to talk to their Management bc theyre a franchise. I got an email. I will be emailing management, however I doubt I'll even hear back. I'm putting this out here. I loved the place and location, but the customer service from this guy who clearly does not like his job was unacceptable.
Unpleasant treatment by the owners. Lack of profesionalism.
Did not even stay here did not feel comfortable
Great location. Facility outsides and inside of room were a bit run down.
I love the location but u can hear everyone outside walking by. There was mold in the bathroom also the beds are not very comfortable.
