We love this hotel . The concierge floor was fabulous !
It a nice location but the extra cost for Gold is probably not worth it.
Staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. We had a room on the 35th floor which offered additional amenities that were so worth the extra money. I will definitely be returning and staying there again!
Everything was amazing. I've never stayed any where nicer. We will be back for sure. If only all the other hotels could meet the standard here. Kudos to you guys for for being the best of the best.

This is a great hotel! very clean and modern. Location is great as well. The staff is very friendly and I come from NJ so to me they are almost super natural friendly. Rooms are spacious and room service was great. Nice rooftop pool and views from the room. If I come back to Austin, I will definitely stay here.

It is a very large hotel and caters to large crowds of people (attached to the convention center). It was nice for me to be on the club level which was quiet- my concierge, Dave, was so delightful, engaging, and so helpful. Had one incident: I had left a drawer full of clothes when I checked out (my onus), and when I contacted the hotel, security did their most to follow up with housekeeping and such and had gotten right back to me, but in the end they were stolen.
Location was awesome, as was the roof top pool with cocktail service. Gold level was amazing, great views and yummy food.
There are not enough stars available to describe this property! It surpassed all of my expectations and we had read all of the reviews and were expecting a lot! We have stayed and many luxury properties (Ritz, Four Seasons, Trump Resorts, etc) but this gold level was the best.. the breakfast was a daily over-the-top culinary experience, snacks, happy hour, evening desserts - amazing presentation, tasted great, service impeccable. great wifi, comfortable bedding, immaculate everything.
Gold Club was an amazing treat especially the attentive staff. Especially Jewell. Thanks The gym included two Peloton bikes and was well equipped. The only complaint would be the $5 ice tea in the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and stay at this property.
