Really enjoyed our stay there in a hurry leaving home I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste front desk provided me both at no charge.
The service here was very unprofessional and not helpful. Also, our room was not thoroughly cleaned.

It was closed and we had to stay at holiday inn express and that rm and service sucked. I will never stay at that holiday inn ever.
Everything was great actually. Room was great and only missed having a Microwave and fridge. Excellent wand shower was big and modern. Comfy bed and temp control. No window units. Excellent provision for device charging too. Adequate workout room, beautiful pool area and the restaurant staff and food was tops and decent price for downtown Austin. Parking along the street nearby costs about $6 bucks overnight or $40/ night for Valet.

I loved how this hotel made you feel very secure with needing the key to room to operate elevator. Lisett at Ladybird made me feel very welcomed very morning i came in to order for breakfast. And front desk was helpful with helping me locate places i wanted to go to!
Great location. Comfortable room. Bar in lobby is a plus
I loved the pool area. The showers were old, dingy, and didn't seem super clean. Some cracks in the showers with water underneath it. I didn't like that I wasn't able to check in until after 3 PM.
I loved the pool so much- I got my boyfriend (who hates the water) to swim for the first time in 12 years here. We had a weekend stay but the pool was never crowded and at one point we had it all to ourselves. Large, comfortable hotel room and great service. Loved this hotel and will stay again.

I will definitely address this with our housekeeping team as well as our front desk team to further investigate where we dropped the ball as this is not how we run our hotel.
