Someone with either Orbitz or Red Roof screwed up. I reserved this room several weeks before I traveled. When I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, I was told that they had to record of my reservation. I had to stand in the lobby, charging my dead cell phone, calling Orbitz customer service, and relaying information between Orbitz and Red Roof. In the end, they were sold out of the room type that I had originally reserved, so I had to get a different type of room from that I had requested. I did not finally get to even this room until after midnight and had an important job interview early the following morning. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will never use Orbitz or Red Roof Inn again.
