Someone with either Orbitz or Red Roof screwed up. I reserved this room several weeks before I traveled. When I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, I was told that they had to record of my reservation. I had to stand in the lobby, charging my dead cell phone, calling Orbitz customer service, and relaying information between Orbitz and Red Roof. In the end, they were sold out of the room type that I had originally reserved, so I had to get a different type of room from that I had requested. I did not finally get to even this room until after midnight and had an important job interview early the following morning. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will never use Orbitz or Red Roof Inn again.

The facilities were nice but the clientele looked low income.

THE COMFPPRTER SET HAD CIGERRETE BURNS IN THEM. THE SHOWER WAS CLENED. THEY DID NOT HAVE HOUSEKEEPING COME DURING THE DAY WHILE WE WERE. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH TOWELS TO ACCOMIDATE US. THEY RAN OUT OF TOILET TISSUE WHILE WE WERE. NOT IN A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO BREAK IN SOMEONES CAR AND THEIR WERE PEOPLE OUTSIDE WATCHING AND THEY DID NOT CARE. THE AC/HEATER WAS DIRTY AND TOOK A WHILE TO START WORKING.

This hotel was in an area that was very hard to get to. There were cockroaches, the bathroom was dirty and something smelled like puke. I would definitely not stay here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Blood on toilet and no one to clean it.... blood on the covers and no one to change it.... toilet clogged and had to move to a smaller room with no towels!!!....ended up with a refund and a half!!!!....PITIFUL!!

This was the shadiest place I've ever stayed. People pounding on doors all night, creepy people just hanging out on the parking lot for hours, rust in the shower and blankets that have not been washed in a while. This is not a place I would visit again.

There was a cockroach walking on the bed. It was a traumatic stay. I was tired and switched the beds in the middle of the night, but i don't recommend staying there.

No problems with the staff, but with the quality of the rooms. Sheets had cigarette burns. Room was stuffy and smelled like smoke.
