Booked a room w king size bed and pull out couch but when we got to the room there was only a bed so i had to sleep on floor so my kids and wife could sleep on the bed we checked in around 1:30 am we were exhausted so we just took the room without saying anytging

There was not enough water pressure to shower. No hot water to bath in. The microwave smelled like feces. The balcony and outside furniture was covered in pigeon poop. The pegions began cooing around 5:30 am and there was no sleeping after that. My reservation was for two beds. We were put in a room with a king bed. Check in and out was easy. But the stay was very disappointing.

Overall not bad but i did get upset that my 2 year old found an old dog treat on the floor in our room and tried to eat it. That tells me the room wasn't fully cleaned before we stayed. I let them know at check out and the lady told me they would address it with house keeping.
