Your best option is to take a taxi to the nearby William F Walsh Transportation Center, from where you can easily take a Centro bus into downtown Syracuse.
Syracuse is an important hub in central New York. Nicknamed the City of Festivals, it's known for its packed calendar of events and a busy downtown convention complex. Home to the annual Great New York State Fair, the city is also well served by a number of interesting museums and attractions.
