The property, facilities, amenities, and exceptional customer service was bar none. I had a such great time to decompress, relax, and "party" for 4 days straight -haha. This is my Number 1 vacation destination. You will not be disappointed at Palace Bavaro !

The room was spacious and up to date. We were really impressed with the availabilty of pool and beaxh chairs enough for all guests and more. We stayed in the adult only pool for the bar service, it was excellent.. Hiram Ventura, nice young man was awesome serving drinks to the guests, there was another young man and I feel bad i didnt get his name he was excellent as well. Both were at the adult pool daily. Beach was absolutely beautiful. The only uoset was the food. The restaurant food was not so good, so we just ate at the buffet most of the time for variety. The food court had some good variety as well.

The only thing I did not like was the transportation to go shopping outside. They only take you to World Mart which ia very expensive. I wanted to go to the local shoppjng malls to experience the dominican life style.

The hotel smelled like sewage inside rooms around the property the room had the air broken hotel staff did not care my daughter has asthma the walls in room had feces stains the bathroom roof was leaking and falling, blood stains on comforter and sheets showers floors were disgusting with mold hair and slimy sludge teh manager did not care and said there was nothing to do the tv did not work in the room and the smell was unbearable.

This property was recently renovated & they did a great job! There are a lot of dining options, plenty of well trained & helpful staff, very clean & spacious property. The rooms are lovely even though each room category differs, all are lovely. At this all-inclusive you will only be in your room to shower, change clothes & sleep. The weather is beautiful all year around & the pools and beach front is where all guests go during the day. This property has a great waterpark for children & adults. I highly recommend this property. The mini-bar & room service is all included (all drinks & food as well of course). A special thanks to Wilkin Mazara, Pasqual, Norberto in the "Taino buffet" & Yaslandra at the "Concierge" for making our stay so special.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The food and entertainment was great. The only issue i had was getting our toiletries and towels replenished in a timely manner.

New Riu hotel all inclusive. The elevator in my building Room 1118 not working properly, power outage in the building was bad. More preparation in the staff is required.
