The hotel and starff were fine, but the area surrounding this hotel is undesirable. I would not have waked anywhere after dark, and I am very comfortable in the Bay area.

Great Location. Clean and wonderful staff. The breakfast was adequate. Valet service for our vehicle was excellent but expensive. Not the best area of S.F., but not the worst. Lots of homeless around but they didn't really bother us. 615am on Saturday, lots of banging from industrial type shop across the street from our room (#415) Woke me up. Get a room on the opposite side if you can.
