If you need to leave your car at the airport while you travel, there are six different parking options available. The cheapest options are the Interparc and Econoparc lots; both charge $15 per day or $77 per week. If you don't want to drive yourself to the airport, you can get there by train or taxi. The train runs from downtown Montreal to the Dorval Station. The airport has a complimentary shuttle service that transports passengers from the station to the airport. Most cab companies offer a fixed-rate fee of $40 to get from downtown to the airport.
If you want to grab something to eat before your flight, the airport has numerous restaurants from which to choose. If you need a quick meal, you can choose from Burger King, Subway or Tim Hortons. If you are looking for a full-service restaurant, there's Boulangerie de Montreal Cie, Casey's or Brulerie St-Denis.
San Francisco, California

Whether you want to see the Golden Gate Bridge, browse a farmers' market or spend the day at Fisherman's Wharf, you're sure to find something fun to occupy your time in San Francisco.
Exploring San Francisco
Flights from Montreal arrive at the San Francisco International Airport, which is located 13 miles south of downtown San Francisco. You can get from the airport into the city via train, bus, taxi or rental car. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is the train system that services San Francisco. To take BART into the city, you catch the train from the departures level of the International Terminal. Taxis depart from the center islands just outside of the baggage claim area of the terminal. Cab fare from the airport to downtown costs approximately $37. If you want your own transportation, you can reserve a rental car using Orbitz.com. The airport has nine rental-car counters on the fourth floor of the terminal, including companies like Hertz, Avis, Budget and Thrifty.
San Francisco has a cool-summer Mediterranean climate, with cool, moist winters and warm, dry summers. However, it's been said that you can experience all four seasons in just one day while you're in San Francisco, so it's important to pack clothes you can layer. During the summer months, the average temperatures range from the low 50s to the high 60s. In the winter, the average temperatures range from the mid-40s to the low 60s. While it can rain any day of the year, the city gets the most rain between November and March.
Some of the city's main attractions include Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf. When you're done seeing the major sites, you should take a drive down Lombard Street. It's known as the most crooked street in the world. The street is one-way, descending, and has to curve numerous times to make the descent possible. You can also take a 2-hour tour of the city on a Segway, eat your way through Chinatown or visit the Grateful Dead's crash pad and Janis Joplin's house in the Ashbury neighborhood.
