Corners in tub area could have been cleaner, curtains on front window were a challenge to get closed so no one could peak thru the center crack. Other than that the beds were soooo comfy

Clean place, well situated….well stocked with what is needed. Upstairs kids running non stop a 1 am Front desk called me to ask what time I would be there…. Hum I dont know….suppose to be 24hours isnt it? Hot breakfast included?…. Nope its new years day and there was NOTHING to eat…. Guy said They had issues with the cookiing or something but even the bread and muffin racks were empty…everything was empty…. First time at Baymont and this is not making me want to try it again.

Perfect would recommend!
Was great, had beautiful walk in shower, soap dispenser were fragrant, loved them. Room was perfect except for an accessible room, they need to provide steps of escalator to get on bed. It must have been almost 4’ high, tough getting in & out. Breakfast was lovely, eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit yogurt juices cereal, something for everyone. Staff were very pleasant, would highly recommend.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean, but the furnishings were a bit worn. The breakfast buffet is great - very nice selection.

Wow. The place was very nice. You can tell the owners care about the hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Plenty of towels. Great parking. Comfy beds. Quiet. Grateful to get a good night's sleep. Continental breakfast was nice too. They had everything for us!

We stayed in room 217 on Dec.6&7 2024. We saw cockroaches in our room on the counter on the night of Dec.7. When I woke up on Sunday morning Dec.8 I had a dead cockroach in my bed. I took photos of it and put it in a zip lock bag which I still have.Also talk about unsanitary there were two toilet plungers set out in the upper corridor breezeway and set there both days we were there. Nothing like walking through toilet water on the walkway. I’ve asked for a refund but the owners won’t admit that they have roaches.

4 night stay on the second night car was vandalized. Over a thousand dollars in damages as my left rear quarter-panel was crushed. During the cold the staff has to use boiling hot water to heat the automatic locks for them to function. Clients are unable to come and go because the lock will not function and every time you need access the staff has to bring a pitcher of boiling hot water and pour it over the automatic lock. So in turn it soaks the carpet inside the room and the staff does not care. Staff and housekeepers enter rooms even with the "do not disturb" sign displayed. Wifi doesn't have access points to support the signal meaning you cant use your laptop in the room as the signal is too weak. Housekeeper banged on my door at 9am and even tried to enter my room the morning of checkout. Checkout is at 11am.
