I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and only had a small handful of issues of that time. Each time they’ve done everything they could to correct it. I appreciate this place as it has become my go to whenever I visit Nashville. Will definitely be staying again. Fair price for a clean room and free breakfast.

I was not please but with my stay will not return.

Mold in the shower and bathroom. Stale smell in room. Trash leftover on floor beside bed from last person using the room. Check out is at 11am, housekeeping knocking on door at 9am. Bathroom floor slippery on tile.

Immediately when I walked into the lobby I was met by a very strong mildew smell that almost made me sick to my stomach. I saw the “wet floor” signs throughout the lobby so I thought maybe the smell would just be an isolated incident. However, when I got to my room the nauseating smell had returned. Maintenance came to spray some clean linen air fresher to try & supremes the mildew aroma but that was only a temporary solution for a long term problem. He also tried to turn the air on but that just made it worst. When I called downstairs to express my concerns with the manager, she was very accommodating & tried to move me to another room on the 5th floor but to be honest that wasn’t going to help because from the time I walked in the lobby I was met was the thos strong smell so moving to a different part of the building wasn’t going to make a difference. I wanted to leave & get a refund but the GM wasn’t on the property at the time. Luckily I only had to go through the horror of staying at this hotel for 1 night. I will say the staff was very friendly & sweet, the building just needs to be demolished & remodeled. I wouldn’t return to this hotel establishment unless those updates were implemented. Needs a bit of upkeep, but condition was fine for the price. Direct TV in room didn't work, remote seemed to have a mind of it's own. Only buttons that worked were on/off, volume. I must have had the haunted room...

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, and it was nice for our one night stay while passing through on our road trip. The only issue we had was at check in, they didn’t want to accept my debit card, no information that I received about check in stated anything about your debit card needing to be a “major” debit card. At the end of the day they ended up taking it and explained to me that the deposit money might take a while to return to my card after check out, I think starting with that instead of arguing with me and making me feel like I’m not going to be able to stay at my already paid for (non refundable) stay would have been better. That first interaction rubbed me the wrong way. But overall rooms are clean, spacious, and decent for price.

Staff are good. But the room you can hear people from your door to your door. I stayed room 225 and the group of ladies or people stayed #222 they are howlering and the other room have kids running around in the hallway no one care about how noisy they are and banging the door. You can hear from your room how loud the door closed. Im so stress from flight have no enough sleep from this hotel. Im sorry just telling the truth. I believed theres couple of people been complain thats why the ladies on room 222 they make more nois to aggrevated anyone. You can hear also the way they clean. Beside from your room and the hallway. The machine thier using, the drop of map or broom etc. You can hear them clearly. I appreciate the staff they are good

The staff was great from check in to check out. The breakfast was also great. Was a great spot for our trip. Room was great and big and the beds were comfy. The only thing would have been a better curtain for the window as the parking lot light shined in.
