I really feel the ad for hotel is msleading. Our room was straight across from the elevator. We heard all drunks and screaming kids all hours of the night. Our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we were there. I sacked up our trash and took towels from the cart. No one cleaning understood english so i could not cmmunicate with them. And to top it off the breakfast was horrible. Things not cooked all the way, gravy still frozen and those eggs guess that is what they were. I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone. I would like 2of my 3 days refunded. Room #411.

Very loud in the rooms (you can hear everyone around you), and the room service came into our room while we were still in there and we still had another night before checkout, otherwise the breakfast was great and the front desk staff was amazing

I always stay at Alexis Inn when I am in Nashville for work. Breakfast is always plentiful and a great selection. There is a Waffle House across the street and also a gas station next door for anything you need(be advised you pay a price for this convenience, most items are a lot higher than the stores down the street.)

Was checked into room 525 and it smelled horribe like a chain smoker. I wiped yellow stuff from cigarettes from the ceiling. Stayed in the room till we absolutely couldnt handle it any more. Went to front desk and the ladys that afternoon was great and prompt to move to 425. 425 was not as smelly but still smelled. After settling in, we discovered several bugs crawling on the walls and ceiling including dead lady bugs in the corners of the carpet. Definitely need slippers at this place. My wife was afraid to sleep. Cleaning is very subpar and it wouldn't hurt to leave something to make the place smell better. Elevator floors need replaced and regular cleaning needs to be done in the elevator. Little unnerving in the parking lot with the signs indicating to bring in your gun and police notice.

Looked like blood stains on sheets. The shower was slippery and i about fail The soap from the previous person was left in the shower. Great breakfast bar!
