I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. While I had high expectations given the pricing, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the level of service from staff was disappointing. It was evident that they lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism, as they seemed unfamiliar with handling constructive feedback or addressing guest concerns appropriately. What was most troubling, however, was the behavior that I perceived as discriminatory. Such actions are completely unacceptable, and I expect your hotel to maintain an environment of respect and inclusivity for all guests. Given the premium rates, I had anticipated a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and hospitality. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Really enjoyed the fire pits and breakfast. Room was a bit small for the price but it was clean and the bathroom and shower were modern. Great location. Staff were very friendly. Welcome bubbles were a nice touch.

Beautiful modern and relaxing!

We loved our stay at The Stilwell. Modern and clean property, beautiful courtyards with fireplaces, and waterfalls. The room was clean and spacious with great bath products and very comfortable bed and soft sheets.

Perfect Get-Away

My friend and I went for a three night stay and really enjoyed it. It was impeccably clean! Everything seemed fresh and new and beautifully designed. The service from first arrival to check out was fantastic. The Hotel sits on a quiet street so there was no road noise. The morning breakfast was wonderful. The bedding and room was superb. Sitting outside by the fire was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again. The Hotel is also within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops.
