Great property for family fun! Loved the games in the lobby. Free coffee and tea from 6-10am. Location is great just off the wharf. Walkable to many attractions. Try Waymo instead of Uber… it’s a cool experience :)

Save your money book a 5 star
Hotel is not very clean, they have massive hidden taxes and fees. There is little in the way of amenities. Staff is lazy and not helpful. Even just to get some Tylenol you have to use a vending machine that will charge you and not provide anything. Better to pay more and go to a five star hotel, in the end it will be the same price or cheaper. I was trying to save money for a quick one day trip we had to make by booking here. It’s at best a two star hotel with five star pricing.

1.Toilet Noise (Room 336): Every time the toilet in the room was flushed, it emitted an incredibly loud and disruptive noise, causing discomfort and disturbance. 2. Unpleasant Room Odor: The room had an unpleasant and persistent smell, which significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the accommodation. 3. Inconsistent Heating: Despite maintaining a constant temperature setting throughout my entire stay, the heating in the room was highly inconsistent, making it challenging to achieve a comfortable environment. 4. Non-Smoking Room Violation: Despite explicitly requesting a non-smoking room, we were disappointed to discover a vape on the floor that evidently belonged to the previous guests. We reported this issue to the evening manager, who unfortunately did not display any concern or take appropriate measures to resolve the matter. 5. Marijuana Smell in Hallway: On both Thursday and Friday evenings, the hallway on the third floor carried a heavy marijuana odor, contrary to our non-smoking room request. This was particularly disappointing and contributed to an overall negative experience. 6. Filthy Floors: During my morning routine in the hotel room, I wore a brand new pair of white socks. Surprisingly, the soc
