The SeaWitch Motel was a decent place to stay for a beach weekend. Pros: -Beach and boardwalk were very close and easily accessible -Bed was comfortable -Staff friendly and accomodating Cons: -Room was very small and tight -No small table or place to set things down as the only counterspace was also the sink area and taken up by the microwave and coffee maker. -Shower is small and had no shelf for soap and shampoo -Very cheap, thin bathroom paper Overall rating: 7.5/10
This was a very relaxing environment, staff was way above helpful with our needs, In this technological time an extra outlet by the beds would be appreciated. Overall the most accommodating and clean room I have stayed in for a long time!! Will choose again when visiting!
Quaint and charming, older building, but tastefully remodeled and redecorated. Very clean and comfortable.
I give the Sea Witch five stars and Orbitz one star. Orbitz overbooked the property and we went from a reserved ocean front double to a one bed for two women (luckily we are longtime friends). Brittany did a great job trying to accommodate us. We got the double the first night and it was cute and amazing. The single the next two nights was clean and functional. The property is crazy clean and the location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat.

It was an overall enjoyable experience. The place was amazingly clean, room was huge and the decorations enjoyable. Everything was very laid back. The hotel was so close to the beach! The hotel actually had a deep end and was very clean. The tiki bar across the street had live music every night. It was unfortunate the seawitch cafe was closed. I also wish there was a fitness room and an ice machine.
I loved relaxing near the beach for a few days. The property was better than I expected. The ocean view room was lovely.
Room facilities fine; AC, micro, frig, smoke det. room locks all work fine. Floor was very dirty, full of grit.
Older hotel close to the beach. Rooms are very small as are the beds. Parking lot is small with assigned spaces per room, but no one parks in the proper place and is not regulated. Staff is friendly and helpful,
I was told I had a ocean view room yet had to walk down stairs and then back up stairs on a deck to get a view of the ocean. The room was clean and the pool was nice, yet when we got in it we were told it was for guest. The associate didn’t recognize me from checking in only a few minutes earlier. Will not stay again seeing I go to actually see the ocean.
Right on the beach. Restaurant & Tiki bar right across street. The only minus is the lack of tv channels. They should upgrade their Directv channels

The staff was great. The room was nice and clean.Very small room and I'm 5'.1, and my husband is 6'. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The shower was small. The only beach view you could see was on the front deck, and the back window barely. The sheets had some stains on it and hair, but you can tell they where washed . There is a Tiki Bar literally right across the street with great food. The board walk, and beach is right there.
This is the 2nd time I have gone here this year, and it will become my 'goto' place at Carolina Beach. It has parking, pool, and is right on the Boardwalk, so less than a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. The room is clean and the staff is great. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, even a nice boat ride. Reasonably priced, too!
