The hotel itself was very clean. However, it is very noisy with traffic And if you're on a lower floor be prepared for the noisy people upstairs. They could use an upgrade on their pillows.

Only thing I might (if I was to add a point of improvement) is it would be nice if they offered breakfast, but it’s so close to the cinnamon roll place down the street, we didn’t care. Great stay for the price!

For the price this is a great place very close to downtown Pismo Beach. Updated sleeping area, comfy beds. We stayed in a double. Room was small, but again for the price and location it was very nice. My only con was would have liked to have more counter space in bathroom sink area. Very basic soap, shampoo, etc provided. I’d rather not pay a premium for those anyway. Worth the stay.

It was a great room in a great location… last night the people next door music until 2 am very rude and parking lot to small many trucks had a hard time parking and leaving… but over all nice place would return… not going to let some rude people and parking ruin it for me..

Beachwalker Inn

Location is great, it's in walking distance to everything. The service is great, everything was communicated through text which is very convenient. My only criticism is the bed was really hard and some people enjoy that, but it's not for me. If the bed was more comfortable we would stay here Everytime.

This is our second time staying with the Beachwalker hotel we love it. The only thing I can suggest about our room, which was very spacious was adding some type of towel hooks in the bathroom. There is no place to hang towels. Other than that, the little kitchenette was amazing. It was very convenient and the location of the hotel is one of our favorite reasons for staying there. In addition, the staff is always incredible.

The Bates Motel Revisited

Could never configure the complexities of turning on the tv. An 800 number is on the back of the remote, so when you check into your room you don’t just hit the power button to turn on the tv you have to call a help line which never answers. Then the hotel staff lectures you about complaining about a blank tv. At 9 p.m. you are sent a text telling you that 10 p.m. is "quiet time" and guests are no longer allowed. At midnight I was awoken by the mad barking of a wolf dog outside my bedroom window. Went to investigate and found it was the owner’s dog-guess they didn’t get the email. The back of the entrance door was utterly filthy. Imagine what lived on the back of the tv remote. There are numerous other hotels available, many American owned. I would suggest giving them consideration.
