Hairs on my pillows, funky smell

On first glance looked clean and fairly modern. But I found 3 long black hairs across the pillows, hoping with every breath that it was the cleaners as they made the bed but man it’s off putting. Then there was the faint smell of urine. The towels were all a beige colour, from not being commercially washed properly. I see a lot of good ratings so I’m sure I was just unlucky with the hairs but unfortunately for me it made me check everything with more scrutiny than if I hadn’t seen them.

I stayed here by myself. I felt safe and secure at this property. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. I was able to easily walk to the Pier and numerous restaurants. I would stay here again.
