The front desk people where rude and make me feel like I shouldn’t have been there.the hotel is outdated and plain dirty inside and out. The room was absolutely a mess. The curtain didn’t work. Was broken so we have to deal with the early light. I order a room with a king size and apparently they didn’t have any more rooms and they were sold out. Would I ever stay there again? NEVER!!

Beautiful hotel and room. When checking in, my 78 yr old mother was with me in a wheelchair and the person checking us in saw her but gave us a room that was not wheelchair friendly. Couldn't even get the wheelchair into the bathroom and the glass and wood sliding bathroom door was very heavy to move.

Kearny Street Hilton.
We showed up a day early and the lovely desk clerk accommodated us with a room. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel is located at the foot of Chinatown and Little Italy--great location.The bellman was absolutely lovely. We were able to walk up to one of our favorite restaurants--Thomosso's. We would sure recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. Although the first room I had on the 6th floor did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, staff was quick to address the issue and moved me to another room on the 25th. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. Bathrooms look a little dated and could use some renovation. The staff downstairs is always courteous and check-in and check-out are a breeze. Appreciate all the plugs, desk space, and fridge as well. This is still one of my favorite places to say in SF and I will stay with them again in the future.
