This property is one of the most beautiful places to stay. We enjoyed our stay but the check in process was very long and we had to be at an event by 5 but our room wasnt evwn ready until 5:45, when it says check in at 4pm and I even called ahead of time to tell them we were on our way. The room we got was big and we loved the space but the down side was the noise from the street, there were loud people eating very late and music that we heard non stop. The staff were great, very attentive once we got into our room. Valet staff were helpful and nice. Upon check out the fees were quite different from what Orbitz said they were. Not happy that Orbitz would say once peocw and at rhw end of our stay it was different. I asked the staff member what could be done and showed him the reciept from Orbitz and he said I had to take rhat up with them, that he could not adjust it. So needless to say, I now have to take time out of my busy day to handle this when I feel it could have been done there. Overall, we do love this hotel and will be back but will book directly next time since I felt we were treated differently due to whom we booked with.
