Room condition could have been better. Lots of basic maintenance or handyman issues all throughout the room. Bathroom had open screw holes and gaps in walls. Shower curtain was old and so wrinkled and bunched up, it didn’t cover the shower opening. Hotel seems old and tired. Needs a bit of work.

Expedia has been trying to reach out for 2 days in regards to a partial refund with no response. this was booked last minute for a family emergency and we only used 1 of 3 nights, as the family member was air lifted to San Fran. Please, respond to them so we can attempt to reclaim a small amount of funds during a very trying and ongoing tragedy.

There was no locking latch on the inside of door. Exposed wires by ac unit. There was a smoke detector mount in the room, with NO smoke detector. The room was clean, but the carpet had filth stains all over. The room seemed very used, but not well maintained. Hair dryer mounted on bathroom wall did not function.

Checked in and it was my fault for not realizing they only had double beds. So they were small. There was a hole behind the door in the wall. A big one. The AC did not cool the room at night. The shower did not drain. The shower fluctuates from cold to scorching hot. The bathroom vent was beyond filthy. The curtains did not block out the bright parking lot lights. Our room was pretty bright that night. It is run down and old looking. The area was questionable outside. Homeless or crackheads walking around. The bathroom downstairs from breakfast is so far down the hall. The back of the building and it was filthy. Like a bag of trash on the floor. Our stay was only one night. Thank goodness I would never stay here again.

the door to the bathroom did not close all the way. the light in the bathroom was a large lamp -- an obvious fix to nonfunctioning overheads. the lamps in the room were not plugged in and after finally finding out what the problem was, was able to crawl behind a bed to fix it. Plus, the cleanliness was suspect. Not to the usual standard I expect from La Quinta

Comfortable room, good breakfast.
Comfortable room, nice patio and pool. Toilet not very clean and outside door locks not operable, so have to use rickety elevator. My wife always uses stairs due to claustrophobia so this was a problem. Breakfast was very good, however there was no tea available. Looks like renovations are in progress.
