The bathroom basin and tub was clogged. Maintenance responded quickly and resolved. The air conditioning did not work properly. Breakfast selection was poor. The room was quiet and spacious. Enjoyable stay.

It was a very dirty property. The floor in my room was stained and dirty. The first room had no air conditioning. The lock on our door was broke no refrigerator no microwave and nowhere to plug your phone in.

Unless we get a full refund, we will never stay at a La Quinta again. Staff sullen, unfriendly, unhelpful. In the middle of the night someone opened the door to our room. We called the front desk and he said it was a glitch, they gave someone else our room. Do you know how scary that is to have someone in the middle of the night banging open the door? Orbitz said free shuttle and there is a charge. Orbitz said there were shuttles from 5am to 9 pm but the front desk person said it was from 8am to 9pm so we needed to call Lyft. Facility dirty and run down. Room not well maintained.

The property was a mess with trash all around. The bathroom and shower did not look clean and there was build up on the toiletries which clearly indicated they were either not replaced or being refilled with each guest. I messaged them ahead of time requesting a portable crib and got a response that they woukd check on availability. Never got a response-it was a bot I guess and I didn't realize it. They didn't have one so the bot didn't work well. The area is sketchy and we did not feel safe. Never again. It was gross.

The hotel will charge you $12.00 PER PERSON to use a shuttle. Had I known that, I would’ve never made a reservation. I had to change rooms THREE TIMES upon check in because the AC wouldn’t work and it was awfully hot. The steam fan fell off the wall three times and you could see mold inside of it. The inside open area felt like a smoking party. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Feel sorry for the night front desk person because he was nice. I was only able to sleep 3 hours and took a shower only to find out that the water wouldn’t go down the drain. I guess that is what happens when a hot cares more about money than customers. NEVER WANT TO STAY AGAIN!! DISGUSTING !

The website advertised free shuttle to the airport, but when we arrived, we were told by one staff member that the shuttle costs $12, and another person told us $10. Food options in this location were unavailable. Wished we would have stayed somewhere else.

I had to pay for my shuttle from the hotel. I was glad it was offered. The carpet in the room needed shampooing. The towels were a perk. The receptionist gave no direction to take to my room. Not the best area,but close to the airport

Hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Exterior needed cleaning maintenance was doing what they could. But it looked a bit neglected needed a parking lot sweeping with a machine lots of tree debris leaves etc. With wind blowing service was good. Employees were happy to help when needed. Pool was nice and clean.

Asked for room to be cleaned 5 times out out the 11 days I was there it was only cleaned once and another time only the bed was made I bought a broom and cleaned it myself. Ac went out and microwave never worked. They have good breakfast and the staff were friendly.
