We had a handicap room #105 with 2 beds very well distributed and spacious, but at the moment to use shower, the whole bathroom space were flooding causing all floor wet and slippery, ( curtain was not covering whole space from top to bottom water bumper and it was outside the floor water bumper) ,
Reported since 12/28 early morning to front desk, talked to manager next day after and nobody fixed this issue, they just sent me another shower curtain same size
We had to put old curtain outside next to waterbumper and cover all with towels
Temporary solution they provided was using next room # 107 to take showers and then go back to our room #105
but on 12/31 room #107 did not work and after passing by front desk and opened # 107, it was already taken!!
We got this situation from 12/27/2024 to 1/1/2025, even cleaning staff confirmed this to be reported regularly but no actions to resolve it
Also the night from 12/31 to 1/1. when returned to our room, electronic keys were not working, we had to wait along with another 50 persons around 45 min to get back to our rooms,all access to rooms were locked, until one maintenance guy showed up and had to reset every single door access with a computer by connecting it to a door port and signal on to bet it open
Definitely it was one of the worst trip stays i had
I would even consider claim a refund due cleanliness staybridge claims was not attended, no problem solved for this paid service
