We were unaware that the hotel welcomes dogs, kinda hard to relax when there is dogs barking. Also, we could not get our showers to turn off we had to let the front desk know.

Good Stay. Would Return Again.

We had a three day stay as part of a longer trip. This was one of the nicer places we experienced. The floors and carpet probably could use a deep clean, but they were clean enough. It was a pretty good place to stay. Note: for some reason, there is a five dollar parking charge per vehicle per night. The price/value ratio was good. I would stay here again.

The good parts first: Sonesta brand hotels are pretty good. Lots of dining & shopping options nearby, many within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy in & out parking. The bad: cleanliness. Our room was not vacuumed, stains on the wall and shower curtain. Tub and shower need a better cleaning. Overall, would stay here again, the cleaning staff just needs to do better.

Excellent hotel for the price, especially compared to others in the area. Clean room, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, AC works good, staff was friendly - let us check in early without notice. Great area! Lots of shopping, safe, lots of great restaurants
