It was nice, easy to book, easy to check in, easy to check out. Breakfast was good, very convenient, and overall no issues. The vending machine on the 4th floor unfortunately has many expired goods though, which should be addressed, but doesn't take from my experience much at all.

I was checked into a room that had ants. The water pressure was low in the shower also. When I addressed the issue with the front desk manager, she was very nonchalant and non-helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying there again.

Everything was great. The bright and colorful decor; the efficient and friendly staff; the pool and the gym; the rooms; and the free breakfasts were also wonderful. We were actually allowed to check in at 2:30 PM instead of 4 PM. We were also permitted to stay until 4 PM the next day rather than checkout by 11 am. The additional $25 charge was reasonable. If I had to select one negative.....and it is a very small negative, I would recommend that you update your pool table in the lobby. It is worn out and the pool sticks are bad. It is also not balanced and not level. But the fact that you have a pool table is just one more plus. We would definitely stay at your establishment again.
