I wasn’t able to check in!! I called the hotel at 5:00 pm Friday indicating that I needed to check in late as we would not make it by 6:00 pm. I did not receive any information in any form - email, text or phone call - with this info and as such was NOT able to check in! I expect a complete refund for the stay as I had to book an alternative hotel

They have to have a front desk and a person 24 hours. The breakfast variety is poor. We have to request for house cleaning. They don't clean even after 3 days unless we rest. That is very bad. Locality wise it is good.
