Good for the price, I wouldn’t call the staff very helpful or responsive but not horrible either. I would stay again in that general area for sure it’s very conveniently located.
Mostly I like the staff who are very kind and considerate. The breakfast is good with a fair selection of items. The cookies at 4:00 o'clock are a nice little treat. The building has recently been renovated so it is clean. The location is very convenient and close to Animal Kingdom and then the rest of the parks.

The breakfast service was among the worst I’ve experienced- I heard a fellow guest joke that no one at the eggs and ham the day before so they chopped it up and reserved the following day. The trash was full with much uneaten food. Shame because the appearance and pool and rooms were above par

Peaceful close to everything
Galleria is being completely refurbished and the rooms make this hotel a convenient, reasonably priced, prime option for visiting Disney World. The parking entrance to Animal Kingdom is about 2.25 miles or 3.7 km away. This is closer than some of the resort hotels on the WDW properties.

Very close to the 'back' entrance near Animal Kingdom to all the parks. Farthest area of interest in WDW is Disney Springs.
Location was really good for us. We were going back and forth to Universal Studios resort.
For the money we paid for it I was expecting better hotel in overall. You can get something better for the money they charge . I have them average ..
Staff was attentive and courteous. Room was well cleaned but condition is fair. There are areas that are rusted and water damaged that need reconditioning. The rooms feel muggy and damp eventhough the AC was working good. The sheets seem damp. Breakfast was okay. Eggs and sausage on one morning, then eggs only no meat on another. The pancakes are the star of the show.
