The location is heaven. Cvs, walgreens, icon park, tj max, i fly, pizza hut, wonderworks directly across the street. The property is huge but convenient with the pools, laundry, elevators, staff always around. Our family loved it. When we 1st checked in we had an unfortunate incident where a manager canceled our 10 night reservation but all is forgiven. We did not reqret being adamant at wanting to stay at this hotel..it was well worth it. The breakfast is also well worth the price..buffey style with so many options and delicious.. btw this location is only a few mins from universal and the malls. We were able to take the bus for $2 and lyft was cheaper too

We love this hotel because its among everything we live to do. Very convenient to shopping mall and all the eateries. Very clean.we never complain when we stay there.

Perfect location and great base

Had a great trip. Hotel had all we needed and is well located on International Drive close to a great selection of restaurants and bus connections. The regular shuttle service to Universal parks was very convenient. Only issue we experienced was no tokens for washing machines for first couple of days. It is a great location to base yourself for all the time you ever spend at the hotel.
