Booked for one night after a cruise and needing to fly out 6am the next morning. Be aware that the “resort” will add a $20 resort fee regardless of the stay. The place has heavy use and it shows. The property looks like it used to be an apartment complex, then chopped up into rooms. Our one bedroom had an adjoining door. This was a single door with multiple locks. Both light and loud laughter could seen and heard late into the night. This is not a typical Hilton property experience. I will say those at the front desk were extremely pleasant, both checkin and check out.

Very nice. Loved the resort. It was overall a great experience and would definitely go back. The pool was really nice and the area around was really nice. They have events every day which is nice to. Very good location. It’s near everything.

Not what I expected. I rented a room for two nights expecting a one room condo and it was a studio with a tub in the middle of the room. My biggest mistake. Will never rent at that so call resort.

Cypress Pointe is an excellent option in terms of location and comfort. Staff is super friendly. Couple of endorsements here: Carlos, the Venezuelan guy who works in the swimming pool is awesome, very friendly and always willing to help. Nidia Vargas from house keeping team is also nice, very dedicated and very polite. The security guys are also very friendly. The texting system to request things in the room is very effective. Definitely a place to stay again in summer time!!! Thanks Cypress Pointe team, very good job!

Great choice
We have stayed here numerous times on our trips to Disney. We love it for the price and never have had complaints. The rooms are clean and the beds are nice. The pool chemicals are strong but that is to be expected with all the kids. We love the 2 bedroom condo!
