Everything was fine here. The property is a little outdated, but worked for us since it was just somewhere to spend the night. Would have been better without the family in the room next to us shouting until 1am, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault (if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs or a white noise machine). The free breakfast was delicious!

From the entrance to the room, everything needs an update urgently, facilities are in a very bad condition, the ac in my room have a wet floor for 2 days and nobody did anything about it, the room have a terrible smell, I have use many conform Inn in several occasions and the is the first time I'm very disappointed, Orbitz should NOT work with this type of service.

Front deck clerks were friendly. The room had a few spiders and beds were noisywhen u moved around on the bed or to just sit on it. The bathroom toilet would not flush down. Have to have someone plunge toilet. And the fire alarm went off 2 times in the early morning. In the hallway the ceiling had missing pieces of drywall that exposing wires and water damage for what I could see. The breakfast was so-so. A lot of carb foods. No bananas, apples. Just caned fruit salad.

The location is good but the property need some updates the fire alarm went on like 4 times on my stay and it kind smells bad maybe it was just my room idk but it will need some updates outdoors and inside. Location is perfect

The stay was alright the room felt very much moist not much ventilation throughout the rooms. Even though we only stayed to sleep/rest while being out all day at disney. Bed frames/ room in general needs alot of updating. Over all the hotel felt very janky but as i stated it was really to just sleep and shower. One good thing i can say is towels were replaced after a day or two we didnt have to use the same towels for the entire stay. Bathroom and trash was cleaned up and cleared as well throughout the stay which was great because some other hotels wouldnt do that at all until after 7 days or not even until check out.

There was barely any hot water coming out of take a shower. There’s no pressure coming out of the shower head. One day we had no water. Wasn’t a great experience.
