Very attentive doormen. However, the front desk staff was a bit reserved. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned there are umbrellas in the closet. I spent most of the day Saturday in the room as I didn’t see the umbrellas until checking out. A small thing, but details and communication matter.

Great, just the street noise

Great accommodations and staff. I am a fan. The street noise on 5th Street continues throughout the night. Not much to do about that, except stay on other side, high enough to escape the HVAC drone.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the views are absolutely amazing. One of the highlights of my visits is the incredible service provided by the doormen—they are professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel cared for.
