Although I enjoyed my stay there were a few things I was unhappy about. Unless you stay a week, you don't get room cleaning and with that you have to schedule it. You can put your towels and sheets out along with garbage and they will replace them. There was no microwave in the room. There was coffee and coffee machine. The was a lot of ordinary hotel amenities missing.

I'm disappointed that this resort could have been a 5-star experience, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke is really off-putting. The smell was present everywhere - in the lobby, hallways, stores, dining areas, stairwells (which were worse), right outside the front doors, and even in my room on the 7th floor. I understand the need to accommodate everyone and make a profit, but no matter how much I liked the place, I can't go back.

The room was spacious and even had a separate vanity area. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Canadian side and were able to enjoy the 10pm fireworks from our window. The pool was great. Our only problem was finding the front entrance to the hotel as GPS takes you to the back casino entrance and they need better signs to help you navigate to that entrance.

They don’t clean the rooms every night , there were no shampoos or clean towels . We had ro call them everyday for clean towels and shampoos . We stayed there 3 nights
