The lobby was beautiful. I loved the options of restaurants they had within the building. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom was nice as well; loved the walk-in shower, it's big enough for two people to be in. The only hiccup I had about the resort was the smoking right at the front doors and the lobby spelled like stale cigarettes. Overall, when I return to Niagara Falls, NY, I will make reservations to stay here again.

Good location and walkable to the Falls. The restaurants in the hotel are expensive and average taste. We has nice views of the Falls from our room on the 19th floor but there were some stains on the carpet and no USB ports anywhere in the room except for the clock on the one side of the bed.

Very nice. Clean spacious rooms. Easy walking to the falls. The ONLY negative I had(and it is minor) was the choices for dining on weekdays was very limited.

Check-in is supposedly at 4PM. Our group traveled eight hours from NYC and once we arrived, our rooms were not ready. The rooms were reserved and paid for in full seven months in advance and the excuse we were given from the front desk receptionist was that house keeping was not done cleaning the rooms and that we would have to wait until the rooms had cleared inspection. I then asked if the rooms could be changed and she said our rooms were already selected for our stay. Mind you, other folks checking in were easily given room keys while we were waiting for ours. Eventually I spoke with the manager who finally gave us the room keys but advised that house keeping stated they were on break and had not finished the room inspection and that if we were to accept the room keys it would be at our own risk. At 6PM, we were given the room keys. One of the rooms were located directly next to the elevator, needless to say, we couldn't get any sleep. If this is the everyday treatment of their customers, I would not recommend this hotel and casino at all.
