We had a great stay. Nice views. Fun rooftop bar. Rooms are small and efficient but have everything you need and they make good use of the space. We had 3 women in a 2 double bed room, and we didn’t feel overly cramped for a quick weekend stay. Manny went above and beyond to help us when we lost an item - he searched the hotel and found it for us. Only complaint is housekeeping never cleaned our room. We saw them cleaning the room next to ours and came back to get ready for dinner excited for made beds and trash removed, etc., so that was a bummer. We would definitely stay here again - would request views of Empire State Building next time. If you are a light sleeper, you may not want one of the highest floor rooms - my friend said she could hear the club’s music (I did not).

Centrally located in the floral District of Chelsea, this hotel is an easy and stylish option for travelers in the mid budget range. Small rooms, but nicely detailed. 10/10

The service was exceptional! The staff were uniformly kind, professional, and welcoming. The majestic views from the room to the rooftop bar were absolutely breathtaking! Our room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (10/10!).

Cool vibe in central location

Great views, general vibe and overall value. Elevators are very popular so give yourself some time for that. Otherwise a fun spot we will return to!

Overall Experience: 3/5 I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were a few significant drawbacks that made the stay less enjoyable. First, the elevators are a real challenge. They're extremely dark, making it hard to even see the floor numbers, and they move at a snail’s pace. Pack your patience if you're staying here, as it can be frustrating waiting for the elevator to arrive. Another letdown was the rooftop bar. The hotel advertises it as a highlight, but getting access to it is nearly impossible. We never managed to make it up there during our stay, and I suspect we're not the only ones who had this issue. If you're expecting an easy trip to the rooftop for a drink or view, be prepared for disappointment. Additionally, there's a $30 daily "destination fee" tacked onto your bill, which was not mentioned clearly at booking. This extra charge is on top of the nightly rate and felt like a hidden cost that should be disclosed upfront. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable enough, though nothing particularly special. If you're not too concerned with the amenities and can deal with some inconveniences, this hotel could work, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more.
