I guess it’s all about location. For the price we paid, the rooms are so basic compared to other places I’ve stayed. The lobby gave grand, but the rooms are in need of serious renovation. We had the deluxe king room with the city view, but no city view. Outdated TV so we couldn’t mirror the soccer game or watch anything besides regular tv. They also don’t have anywhere to park your cars so you have to pay to park your car at a parking structure (if they are open) or find park blocks away from the hotel. Overall, my experience was ok, but I would love to see what else there is New York has to offer on my next travel.

The facility was nice, however the water temp was horrible. We took cold showers 4 out of the 5 days. When brought to guest services attention was told it happens. For as much monies paid seems as though that would not be the response. Also a little refreshment station of coffee and water would be a nice touch to offer guest.

Accessible from either 44th or 45th St.. parking garage right next-door made it easy. All staff were professional and friendly amazing location for anything you need to do in midtown . lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Right in the middle of Time Square. Great property. I have stayed here many times and I am always happy with the location, the service, and the room itself. Great room considering the location and the size for NYC.

Room was very small for family of four and there was no fridge, no tea/coffee, bath wasn’t operational and customer service was average. The lifts had a strange odour. The location was fantastic.

The Millennium Times Square is a decent 3 star hotel. It certainly is not 4 stars. The hotel is nice, and clean, but it has absolutely no amenities whatsoever. The restaurant is closed, there’s no bar, no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room. It’s just very basic. That said, we loved our corner room and the staff were amazing. Location was perfect. Our room was kept very clean, but the hotel is in DESPERATE need of renovation. It seemed that only 3 of the 6 elevators were working during our stay and they were always packed. We overall enjoyed our stay but will probably not be back.
