Friendly staff and a clean room. However, the top floor room I was in had a very loud noise 24/7 from some system on the roof - air con/fan or something similar I assume. Unbearable, thankfully I was only here for one night.

Convenient to the subway. Rooms were large but the TV is not positioned across from the bed which is a bit odd. TV is also dated / does not align with the remote (I had to scroll through all the channels vs. hitting guide). The bathroom is very large and spacious but there is not really a lip on the shower so the floor will get quite wet.

Very conveniently located between Madison and Park on 33rd St. Right across from Gregory‘s coffee, 10 minutes walk to Grand Central Station. Subway stops, conveniently located nearby as well. Perfect midtown location. The staff was accommodating and kind.

Perfect location

Conveniently located and walking distance from top attractions. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly since the moment of hotel entry. Room was nice but really small. Bathroom very clean and updated. Stayed on 26th floor. No issues with elevators. Location and surrounding area felt more quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out. Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Penn Station, MSG, Union Square, 34th Street ferry to Brooklyn, plus subway stop right outside the door.
