Fantastic- ideal location- quietest room we Have ever had in NYC , little games room (fusball and table tennis and board games). Lovey restaurant. The staff were so friendly. Perfect. Subway around the corner.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a convenient location. Ideal for those visiting the centre of New York - it is down a quieter street so not too noisy at night but is basically on top of Penn Station so public transport is super easy. Very happy with our stay.

Great hotel. Would stay again! Really close to everything you need! About 10-15 min walk to Times Square and a subway stop is a two minute walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around. Used parking garage across the street which was convenient. Didn’t realize prior but the parking garage staff will park the car for you so just be prepared when you get there. But they let us access the car to get luggage because check in was later than we arrived. Staff at the hotel were kind. Hotel was very clean. Hotel room was quiet. Did not hear the street or anyone in the hallway. And our room was right next to an elevator. Would recommend staying here!

Great location

Great location for getting to all the tourist spots. Subway right next door, easy walks to everywhere. Not the biggest rooms but if your going to New York to stay in a hotel room your doing it wrong! Ideal base and comfy to sleep. No noise. Bar a little pricey and wine in tumblers was weird. Would recommend.

Staff were exceptionally helpful - room was clean and well stocked. Restaurant is limited but food was delicious. Remarkably quiet at night for being in the heart of manhattan. Very walkable to all tourist locations, also a subway entrance 20m out the door. Felt very safe as there is a police presinct as neighbours. Lots of coffee/food around. Would recommend again

Nice weekend getaway

The stay was good. Check in was fast and easy process, so was checking out. The beds were a little on the hard side, but after a long day of walking around the city it didn’t really matter. Good location for getting to the subway and penn station. Tucked away from the craziness of Times Square but still a close enough walk to get there. Would stay again.

Rude staff, dirty room

At check in, we were greeted with a very condescending “can I help you”, said to us in a tone that implied we were interpreting something important- such as a text conversation the staff was having with someone else: During this time, the person checking us in stated something to the effect of “Oh, you booked this third party, and since you did that we do not honor your room choice of a queen. You get two twins.” I explained my wife and I would prefer one bed and the staff said “Take it or leave it. For all I care you can sleep in the street.” We went to the room, and one bed was not made - all of the clean sheets were in a nice pile one the bed - and there were a lot of tiny hairs around and on the toilet - as if someone had used the toilet to groom themselves. We dared not report any of thiis after what we just experienced during check in.so we just dealt with it our selves. For what averages out to over $500 a night adding in taxes and fees, I had expected to be treated with more respect and dignity than what was offered. This was without doubt the rudest, most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever stayed at: and yes, I’ve been to Manhattan MANY times. I understand New Yorkers are a little rude, but this was down right mean. I’ve stayed at blown out old motels that treated me well. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer services and cleanliness.

Clean, safe and friendly environment. Hotel had great facilities, kids loved the ping pong table and footy table. We loved the space and how quiet it was considering it was 5 mins walk from Penn Street and Times Square. Highly recommended.
