The property is well situated in Franklin near whole foods and other smaller shops. The gym itself Is a handful of cardio equipment but otherwise well maintained. The only major problem with the hotel is the hotel doors are not properly adjusted so ever single door slams loudly. It was the worst sleep I have ever gotten at a hotel. Non stop door slamming, would not recommend this hotel to a light sleeper.

Problem with my stay was Hotels.com,not Staybridge
I booked thru Hotels.com. I booked a two bedroom suite. When I arrived at Staybridge, this hotel DID NOT HAVE any two bedroom suites. They had to give us two separate rooms, they did not even have connecting rooms. My family did NOT get to stay together. Hotels.com should not have been able to book a two bedroom suite if the hotel did not even offer that option.

This is a great property to stay with a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The kids loved getting to swim in the indoor pool. We felt very safe and had fun exploring the area.

I really liked everything about the hotel! The staff was super friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel was very elegant! One minor thing I did notice is when using the shower the water never got really hot and just stayed luke warm. That is the only thing I would charge about my experience.
