Rooms and front lobby staff are great. Food is good but the line takes forever to get thru mainly cause people dont/didn't have common sense. I think a parking fee is unacceptable to be honest but what else are you gonna do. I will be back next year though

Nice rooms and breakfast. One complaint that they didn’t mention on booking is you have to pay for parking. It’s not like they have a small lot either so they’re clearly just trying to squeeze every dime out of you

The hotel looked nice, clean restaurant area and rooms. My first impression and interaction left much to be desired! I found the front desk to be extremely rude and dismissive to all the guests. I have a hard time forgetting that treatment, and will not be returning.

As a Business traveler who sometimes needs access to hotel printers & computers PLEASE PLEASE update your Business Office area with new equipment. Also, as a Business traveler I often need access to laundry facilities. Yours desperately need to be updated as one of the dryers no longer takes coins and is inoperable. Also, this type of service has progressed to much better vending options using cards, timers, apps, etc. Your vendor who is supplying those for you should be ashamed ;)
