I booked An oceanfront room for my college senior daughters. And it was on the back side of the property. The pics show the oceans and some of the descriptions say ocean view. The rate is high for this view
Very nice hotel. In the middle of town. Beach access was great. Parking lot was large enough. Breakfast is very good. Views from the ocean side of the hotel were wonderful.

Property was in very good condition, clean and comfortable. Furniture was like new as was bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly at all levels.
They were very short staffed and they stated up front that we wouldn’t have our room cleaned or our sheets changed during our 5 night visit. I understand that current circumstances make it difficult for a service type business to staff correctly but they had no issue charging me over $250 per night to stay.
Excellent location.
I really liked that it was close to the beach. I did not like that it had a really small pool and no hot tub. It was really cold a couple of days while we were there and it would have been nice to dip in a hot tub.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast includes all packaged items, such as hot jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches.

Thank you for your review. Our ocean view rooms do face the back of the property as our hotel faces the street and the back is towards the ocean. I am sorry you were not happy with the rate they do fluctuate due to occupancy and time of the year.
