The place was disgusting…dirty q-tip next to the tub and hair balls on the floor and hair on the toilet…there was a collection of dirt in the corner of the bathtub. The beds looked like they hadn’t been changed from the last guest. It had a terrible smell. Gross gross gross!!! I demanded my money back and the desk clerk said I would be refunded in 5 days…I had to dispute with my credit card company for the refund. I knew the guy was lying but we had a 3 hour trip home and I wasn’t going to stick around to argue with him.

The staff was good and the rate competitive with other motels. The only downside was people outside shooting the bull in the parking lot at 2:00am

The property was dirty, rooms was not worth what the amount they charge, the staff never ask if you needed clean towels, most of the machines never worked properly, overall i would not recommend anyone to stay at that motel.

NEVER AGAIN

had to change rooms first room was dirty, sticky, TV didn’t work or didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. I asked to be switch but apparently they were some out.. i feel like the too. i was in was an off market room that shouldn’t have been sold, the wiring to the light was exposed as well and i had little kids in the room

The room reaked of Marijuana and something else, drugs. Walls had some kind of burns on them and used Marijuana burnt paper from a joint on the floor. Tub was stained. We did not stay and hopefully get my refund soon.

When I reserved the room did stated non smoking, so whenever I open the dang door the only thing I noticed was a terrible smoke odor. The bathroom was so nasty that I wasn’t even able to take a risk to take a shower! Unfortunately due to the time and circumstances I had to take this Hotel, but was the 1st and last time!

Our room was dirty. I had issues with the room and went to the front desk. The front desk said they fixed the issue and if it consists then call them using the number on the card. I called twice and got hung up on both times. Very disappointed in my visit.

Would Stay Again

The good: comfortable beds, friendly and outgoing staff at the desk and cleaning crew, fridge and microwave and flat screen tv and EXCELLENT location to the park, Waffle House, gas starion a half lock away at a good price! The bad: There isn't a free shuttle to Worlds of Fun as advertised on their website, no hairdryer or table between the beds to set phones and drinks. (There was a table on the far side of the room and a shelf by the bathroom to set things on)The bathroom floor was overlooked when the last cleaning crew came through and the curtain on the shower would not stay shut on the pole due to the slant at both ends. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. No pool at this hotel.

The room was short a whole set of towels for a two adult check in. There was 1 half a roll of toilet paper in the restroom. The remote for the television had a glitch. I would press the channel button and it would skip the next two channels, in either direction. The phone in the room didn't work, we discovered that the plug had been rigged and taped up. All the while, we made several attempts at getting them to aide us with these issues to no avail. If they answered my cellphone call they had no alternative to give, as in....no extra towels were clean, no extra remote, went to grab a roll of toilet paper and no one was in the office. The last day of stay, we arose to cockroaches crawling on us.

There front desk woman was amazing. She was there on the first night we got there and didnt see her again. Our first room was dirty and the tv didnt work sonwe were moved to another room and that room was dirty and the pfone didnt work and the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. I had to ask for towels in the new room because there was none and the housekeeping lady acted like i just killed her dog for asking her to do her job. She was rude and completely out of line.

We went into the room and there was dead bugs, dirt , the beds were horrible and towels stained. Furniture and beds are from the 70’s. Also, there were homeless people outside the front door and in vestibule. We were there 10 mins and requested a refund. They said I had to call you for a refund. Then the manager came out and said she took care of the refund and put it back on my credit card! I think this needs to be removed from your site and I certainly hope I get my refund returned!!!
