They need to vacuum the stairs in the stairwell!!! Whoever their maintenance or housekeeping crew is… VACUUM the stairwell and the hotel overall. Also, the continental breakfast is LACKING, severely.

The pool closed at 10 pm and doesn’t open up until 10 am. Check out was 11 am. They could be opening the pool at 8 am.

Checking in was quick and easy. Used the elevator and it definitely needs some work a little bumpy and rough stop. Entering room over powering smell of chemical fragrance. Pictures are not anything like the room except colors. The door was banged up, everything was rusted from the door frames, ac unit, showers rod, the windows seals were covered in black dirt possibly mold. The floor corners high amount of dirt. Looks like dyi improvements from the garbage and then painted. Stairways have ashes and tobacco from cigarettes. Came back later in night 10:30ish and NOOOOOOOO parking not a spot. Needs lots of deep cleaning in rooms! Yuck, will stay here ever again.

The room was a mess. The paint and trim were all mismatched and done poorly. The room smelled bad and there was mold in the shower. There was no parking and people loitering outside at night. It did not feel safe. The lights were constantly flickering. The elevator stalled and rattled often. It did not match the photos online at all.

Room ok, bed not so much

The room wasn’t awful however it smelled musty and Smokey. The buggiest issue I had was the bed. It was SO soft that you completely sunk into it. It was not a good sleep for my husband and I.
