I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. Despite the friendly staff, the room wasn't clean. It made the overall stay uncomfortable. We even got sick with allergies, probably because of the uncleanliness.

We used Lyft to get us to the water taxi stop at Hilton marina. Airport shuttle, super busy and full. Two got on and rest of us waited for next shuttle.
