Door handle breaks off in the bathroom, chipped, drinking glasses, waiting an hour to receive your luggage is a ridiculous amount of time. that bathtub is so unsafe on every level. There should be a clearly marked sign and easier access for entry. My daughter scratched her leg and bruised it and she’s only 30 you guys are asking for a lawsuit. Protect your guests!!! Staff amazing!!!!

The resort dining options were limited to a food court or high end dining, the Hard Rock Cafe was closed for two days and the Rise cafe was only open for breakfast, had to leave the resort to eat! The room was subpar, had a broken curtain that you couldn’t shut and the shower was a tub that water pooled on the floor, for this price should be a walk-in shower. Overpriced for average amenities !

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying at the Hard Rock. However, we had a great experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean and no smoke smell. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. There are multiple dining options to meet every budget. The later you are in the casino, the smokier it will get which is to be expected at a casino. We saw a great show and appreciated not having to deal with parking and driving home after. We are not gamblers so we would never stay here unless we were there for a show. But we would definitely stay there again and again for a concert. We loved it!
