Room i stayed in had bed bugs & roaches i got pictures of bites on my arm & legs plus videos of roaches. Totally upset & disappointed. Worried about taken the infection with me on vacation

The room had an unpleasant odor. I learned that there was a technique to turning on the hot water on my last day so I was forced to bathe in cold water. The walls are dirty. It has markings and even there were sloppy patched up holes in the walls. When you enter the area by the elevator, you can smell what I believe is illegal substances (weed). There are young men that surrounds the property making noise and overly flirtatious. I did not feel safe here. The toilet and furnitures had marking and stains. This place overall is just dirty and unpleasant! This was thee worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I won’t be returning nor do I recommend to anyone.

Check in was horrible but it wasn’t due to staff, it was due to Expedias mistake that the staff was able to rectify. The room was not as advertised on the site nor did the bathroom fixture work. A plumber was called who appeared to fix it and Just broke off the very same day. Overall let’s just say I won’t be returning.
