I had to get my room recleaned when I checked in- which they did for no charge !
But the rest of the week if you wanted cleaning you had to pay 20$.
In ran out of Kleenex’s and there was none in the storage unit in the lobby .
No phones in room so unable to set up wake up calls - had to use app to communicate with staff .
Pool area offered no vending machines for drinks - had to go to lobby to get drinks .
No music at pool area and no one monitored for people that smoked.
Lots of pigeons around pool area drinking the pool water .
Piece of the fake grass on the wall - and the balcony ( right side) when facing door to go out - the fake grass was hanging loose all week.
If u went to Publix groceries u had to walk all around the building to get back in which is hard when carrying bags of food - offer carts of some sort.
Not sure I would stay there again - the positive was the staff were friendly .
